Prof. Avv. Antonio TULLIO

Law graduate from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, with graduate honour degree obtained, in 1990. A qualified lawyer since 1993, Antonio Tullio is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court.

Professor of civil law at the Law Department of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, he holds courses on private and agrarian law, in addition to courses on civil law for the graduate law degree course reserved for military police students.

Antonio Tullio is a practicing lawyer, who provides legal advice with a preferential focus on company law and bankruptcy issues, as well as contract management; he is also often appointed to arbitration panels.

He assists private equity funds and merchant banks in leverage operations.

A business lawyer, he has completed a significant number of special business transactions, mergers & acquisitions and real estate transactions, as well as turnaround operations, lawsuits and arbitration proceedings.

He is hold posts on the boards of directors and in the supervisory bodies of a number of major Italian corporations.

He has written several volumes and publications and is a frequent speaker at national and international conventions.
